kidizens CAMPS –
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY, and Privacy Policy

  • Camp Registration and Processing fee – $40 for a 1-week session or $65 for a 2-week camp session – is non-refundable, regardless of any refund of payment or issuance of credit.
  • All change requests and cancellations will be subject to the Camp Registration and Processing fee of $40 for a 1-week or $60 for a 2-week camp session. Change requests are accepted subject to camp availability at the selected location.
  • In addition, for Summer Camps, the refund or the issuance of the credit will be subject to the following: 
    • Cancellations made prior to May 1st: Will receive a refund of 90% of the payment made AND will be subject to additional deduction of Registration and Processing Fee ($40 for 1-week or $65 for 2-weeks).
    • Cancellations between May 1st and May 31st: Will receive a full Credit, after  deducting the Registration and Processing Fee ($40 for 1-week or $65 for 2-weeks).  This credit must be redeemed and applied as payment towards another 2024 Kidizens camp, 2024 Kidizens Online Camp, or a Kidizens class during the Fall of 2024.
    • Cancellations made after May 31st: Will receive a 50% Credit, after deducting the  Registration and Processing Fee ($40 for 1-week or $65 for 2-weeks), to be applied  towards future enrollments. This credit must be redeemed and applied as payment towards another 2024 Kidizens Camp, 2024 Kidizens Online Camp, or a Kidizens class during the Fall of 2024. 
  • If a camp gets cancelled – 
    • Due to low enrollment (less than 6-8 kids): All camp registrants will be notified in advance, and 100% refund will be issued.
    • Due to Covid or health-related mandate: 100% credit will be issued. This credit must be redeemed and applied toward payment for another 2024 Kidizens In-Person Summer, Fall or Winter camp, 2024 Kidizens Online Camp, or a Kidizens class during the Fall of 2024.
  • All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Camp fees are not refunded or prorated for any days of camp missed due to illness or injury. In case of an emergency, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be given to students who have been asked to not participate due to disruptive behavior in a class. We strive to impart good “kidizenship” in all our kids. Kidizens reserves the right to ask any student to not continue if the student is deemed to be compromising the quality of camp experience for other students.
