Young Kidizens Winter/Spring

Learn To Play. Play To Learn. Learn To Lead.

preschool activities classes

We continue to be excited about our Young Kidizens program as a perfect beginning to the Kidizens program. Our unique constructivist framework of city-building, role-playing and social learning enables groups of younger students to take on a guided discovery of real-life concepts. While the overall concept and experiential learning philosophy of Kidizens runs through all problems, our curriculum for the “Young Kidizens,” is designed specifically for the target age group of 6-7 (and young 8’s), with the goal of simplifying many civic and economic concepts and bringing them to life with many play-based elements.

In their second semester the fun, highly collaborative, play-based interactive experience of building an entire city of LEGO continues! The Young Kidizens will explore new topics and meet even more special LEGO guests! They will continue to build the city started in the first semester and learn more about how cities function and grow.
